Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. The Organiser reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the Customer is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.3 Named ticket<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
The ticket is valid for the date(s) indicated at the time of purchase. The Customer may be asked to present a form of identification and\/or the order confirmation at the entrance to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 4 \u2013 Order and payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Orders are placed exclusively online via the website welillerockyou.fr. Payment is made in full, using the methods offered on the website, at the time of ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The order is final only once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation e-mail, including the ticket(s), is sent to the Customer at the address provided when ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 5 \u2013 Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
In accordance with Article L221-28, 12\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services which must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accordingly, tickets purchased for We Lille Rock You are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the cases provided for in Article 6 (cancellation by the Organiser) or where the Customer exercises the resale or transfer option set out in Article 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 6 \u2013 Cancellation or postponement of the event<\/h3>\n\n\n\n6.1 Full cancellation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
If the Organiser cancels the event, Customers who purchased a ticket will be refunded the price paid, according to arrangements communicated by e-mail. Any related costs incurred by the Customer (transport, accommodation, etc.) will under no circumstances be covered by the Organiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6.2 Postponement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
If the event is postponed to a later date, tickets already purchased remain valid for the new date. A Customer unable to attend on the new date may request a refund of their ticket within 14 days of the postponement being announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6.3 Force majeure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
The Organiser cannot be held liable for the cancellation, postponement or modification of the event resulting from a case of force majeure (within the meaning of French case law), including: natural disaster, administrative decision, strike, epidemic, or any event beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 7 \u2013 Resale and transfer of tickets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Resale of tickets for consideration outside official channels is not permitted. A Customer wishing to transfer their ticket to a third party (friend, relative) must notify the Organiser at contact@welillerockyou.fr, specifying the name of the new holder, before the start of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 8 \u2013 Access to the event<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Access to the event is subject to presentation of the ticket (digital or printed) and, where applicable, a form of identification. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse access to any person not presenting a valid ticket, wearing inappropriate attire, or whose behaviour poses a risk to safety or to the smooth running of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any image (photo, video, drawing) of the event that may include the Customer may be used by the Organiser for communication purposes, unless the Customer objects in writing beforehand to contact@welillerockyou.fr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 9 \u2013 Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The Organiser cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings occurring during the event, nor for the consequences of a case of force majeure. The Customer is solely responsible for their own conduct and for complying with the venue's internal rules (H\u00f4tel Le Jost).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 10 \u2013 Personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Personal data collected during the order process (name, first name, e-mail address) is used exclusively for managing ticket sales and, where applicable, sending information relating to the event. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, which may be exercised by writing to contact@welillerockyou.fr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
