We Lille Rock You
👑 The French Queen Convention
📅 10–11–12 April 2026
📍 Le Jost Hotel, Lille
Three days of concerts, interviews and entertainment against AIDS 🎗️
What is We Lille Rock You?
We Lille Rock You is the one and only Queen fan convention in France! After its first edition in 2022, We Lille Rock You immediately rose to the podium of the biggest Queen-dedicated events in the world, just behind the official English convention and Freddie Days in Montreux.
The goal of We Lille Rock You is to bring together fans from all over the world to celebrate the music of Queen and the memory of Freddie Mercury! For this 2026 edition, we’re going to give you an unforgettable experience for both your eyes and ears: concerts, roundtable discussions and interviews with prestigious guests, rare records and promotional items exhibitions, live karaoke, record fair, authors, exhibitors, entertainment, a dance party… So, we’ll move from just a single day to a truly major weekend filled with activities and emotion!
If you're curious to see what We Lille Rock You looked like in 2022, here's a video summary of the first edition:
Where does We Lille Rock You take place?
This new edition will still take place in Lille (of course!), more specifically at the Jost, right in the heart of the Wazemmes district. The Jostwhich not only offers a magnificent venue but also has a hotel, where you will receive a 10% discount as a participant in We Lille Rock You. But we'll tell you more about that in the sections " Event location " and " Where do I sleep? ".
Who are We Lille Rock You?
As you might expect, behind this wonderful project are some true Queen fans! We are a small team of enthusiasts, whom you may have already encountered in other contexts: in the tribute band Rock You, in the rock band Fat Bottomed Boys, and also within the Queen Belgium France FanClub team. Faces that may be familiar to you.
We Lille Rock You is... For a good cause!
In addition to providing a great time for fans, We Lille Rock You aims to raise money for the Mercury Phoenix Trust.

The Mercury Phoenix Trust is a foundation created in 1992 by Brian May, Roger Taylor and Jim Beach in memory of Freddie Mercury, who died of AIDS in 1991. It fights HIV/AIDS worldwide by funding local prevention and awareness projects. Over 93% of donations go directly to actions on the ground. This organisation continues Freddie Mercury's legacy by taking action to change lives.
In 2022, we donated all of the event's profits, amounting to a cheque for €2,000, to the Mercury Phoenix Trust. We intend to do at least as well in 2026!

Let Us Sing Together : LaLaLa Night (optional)

But isn't We Lille Rock You supposed to start on Friday, 10 April?! Well, here's our first surprise! We Lille Rock You presents the LaLaLa Nights You're gonna love the concept for sure.
For one evening, the audience becomes a large, ephemeral choir, accompanied by live musicians! 1 evening = 1 song with 3 voices = 1 awesome video souvenir!
Taking part is very simple: just book your ticket and let yourself be carried away! The song is a surprise (all we can say is that it should be one of the famous Queen songs!) and it's open to everyone: amateurs and experienced singers alike, all are invited to join in this friendly musical evening!
Please note the LaLaLa Night event is optional and is not included in the basic We Lille Rock You ticket. Let's say it's the ‘off-festival’. For the We Lille Rock You participants, tickets for the LaLaLa evening event will be available at a reduced price of €10 instead of €18.
Here's what it looks like on video:
